Feels Like
How hot or cold it actually feels on your skin. Wind makes it feel colder, and humidity makes it feel hotter.
Humidity
The moisture in the air. Above 70% feels sticky and muggy; below 30% feels dry and can irritate skin.
Chance of Rain
The probability of rain. 20% means unlikely, while 70% or more means you should carry an umbrella.
Wind
Speed and direction of the wind. Above 40 km/h (25 mph) it can make walking and driving harder.
UV Index
Strength of the sun's rays. 0–2 low, 3–5 moderate, 6–7 high, 8+ very high – use sunscreen.
Pressure
Falling pressure often means clouds and rain are coming; rising pressure brings settled weather.

How accurate is the weather forecast?
Forecasts for the next 1–3 days are usually very accurate. Accuracy drops for days 7–10, so use the longer forecast as a general guide and check again closer to the date.
How often is the weather updated?

Why is "Feels Like" different from the actual temperature?
Our body feels both wind and humidity. Strong wind carries heat away from the skin, and high humidity stops sweat from drying, so the felt temperature can be quite different from the thermometer reading.
What does a 40% chance of rain mean?
It means there is a 4 in 10 chance of rain at your location during that time. Keeping an umbrella handy is a good idea.
